It's very well made. I like that the fabric is textured. The cushions are pretty stiff at first. I'm not too crazy about how the seat cushions dip in, almost like they're hugging your bottom. It makes it impossible to lie across the couch fully. The website says that the length of the recliner fully extended is 70". I am 5'6", and my feet, in addition to about 2" of my ankles, hang off, so I'm not so sure how accurate that is. Also, the seat and back could be much wider if the 8-inches of empty space or the "wings" weren't on the sides of the couch and loveseat. That, in addition to the dip in the seat cushion, makes it feel like you don't really have much wiggle room.
Overall, I am pleased.
