Return Policy

You must purchase one of our mattress protectors along with your mattress. Our protectors will insure a clean mattress, and is also necessary for your long term warranty as well. Included is a 10 year warranty on the protector itself.

Qualifying mattress or mattress and box spring set must be $699 or greater, based on queen size set.

You must sleep on your new set for 2 weeks. This will give you time to adjust to your new sleep surface, as this will surely be much different than the old mattress you replaced. (Tempurpedic & Sealy Hybrids you must sleep for 30 days.)

Should you find after 2 weeks, you need a firmer or softer model, simply contact us to arrange an exchange. The exchange must be for equal values, (NO REFUNDS) and the exchange must be scheduled during the 3rd week after your delivery date.

Your cost for the handling would be 10% of purchase price or a minimum of $99, plus a delivery charge of $49.95. THIS IS LIMITED TO A ONE TIME OFFER!!! NO EXCEPTIONS
